Occupying the whole third floor of a magnificent, four storey, Victorian mansion, 2 Cliffview directly overlooks Ventnor Bay and offers panoramic views of the English Channel.

We were particularly impressed with the tasteful decor and the quality of furnishing within the apartment. No expense has been spared. The lounge, for example, offers superb comfort in the form of new, top quality, red leather settees. It also offers a large, flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a truly superb marble fireplace - and glorious sea views from its large, bay window!

Leading directly off the lounge is a large balcony which, as can be seen from the following picture, overlooks Ventnor Haven and the English Channel.

Also leading off the lounge is a newly furnished, well equipped kitchen/diner.
The dining table is situated in the bay window (which again offers superb sea views) whilst the smart kitchen area offers all modern conveniences including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster etc etc.
Apartment 2, Cliffview offers two good-sized, double bedrooms, one of which has ensuite facilities.
Both bedrooms are superbly decorated and look exceedingly welcoming and comfortable!
In our opinion this fabulous apartment is perhaps best suited for adults rather than families - perhaps two couples wishing to share a luxury holiday home?
It is situated within 200 yards of Ventnor town centre where you'll find cafes, restaurants and shops for everyday needs.
It is also immediately above the Esplanade with its
popular pubs,
cafes and winebar. All in all, a great location!
